Hanh helped us file our taxes, and made everything a breeze! She was very knowledgeable, and really helped us get the most out of our return. Hanh Nguyen prepared my taxes for 2020. I was notified by The Oklahoma Tax Commission that my taxes had been done incorrectly. On April 27, 2021, I contacted Ms. Nguyen about the mistake. She blamed it on new tax software that she used that year and offered no assistance in correcting my taxes. Ms. Nguyen's offer is a credit on my tax preparation for 2021. This offer is unacceptable. I have asked for a cash refund which she has refused.

I highly recommend this firm for all your tax and accounting needs! They were very fast to do my 2019 tax and I was able to submit my tax return early and successfully. Due the Covid-19, we didn't get to meet up but they were very efficient with doing everything electronically and the process was easy. Thanks TM Accounting! I'll be sure to recommend y'all to people I know.
