Toasted Bagel Café

I love a good bagel, so I was super happy when I finally got to stop here! The service was great, and the man at the counter was very accommodating to help me find something I’d like in their overwhelmingly wide menu. I ended up with an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox, which was absolutely delicious! They really loaded it up with cream cheese, and the portion of lox was very generous as well. I also appreciated that there were plenty of tables, although the atmosphere wasn’t super calm and comforting, more of a stop in and eat instead of a hang out place. They also have a small parking lot, which was nice! I did not try their coffee, but it looked like they had a good selection of Torani syrups to make some fun flavored drinks.

i genuinely believe i will never have a breakfast sandwich this good. not only was the bagel freshly made, all ingredients tasted amazing, the service was so welcoming and friendly; they truly cherish their community. I’ve always been greeted with smiles and compliments when I enter and fellow customers are treated the same. With a staff full of locals, they definitely bring the hometown feeling to breakfast.

Food deserves 5 stars ⭐️ We enjoyed having our breakfast there. Tried ( The good boy ) which taste really good with the salmon but they were out of avocado but it was delicious anyway. As well as ( The skinny lady ) tasted good too. It’s little expensive tho but I think it’s worth the try. We might visit again.

I stopped in for a dozen bagels and was disappointed that there was no whole wheat or multi-grain available. The other flavors are very good though. The service was great however the atmosphere was anything but calm and quiet. It is definitely a take out place. I would suggest cleaning the bathrooms. The women’s room was disgusting.

The Penn State reddit failed me. I took my parents here after reading good reviews about it. There was only about 10 people inside and the staff looked very frantic and turned off the kiosks as people were trying to order from them to stop people from ordering more. One of the workers took out the trash without gloves on and then proceeded to go back and make drinks and bagels without washing hands or putting gloves on again. When the 4 of us got our bagels, all of them were wrong. The bagel flavor were wrong, meats were missing, and all of us got random cheeses that none of us picked. Bagel not too bad though
