Tobacco Hill Grill

A great little local grill with delicious food! We were on our way from Charlottesville to Raleigh, NC and needed a late lunch. This place was just a few minutes away and so we decided to try it. It was obvious that this place is a local hub where the owners know most everyone who dimes here. Our cheese burgers, hotdog, and fries were all hot and delicious! With homey+ seasonal decor, this was a lovely lunch stop!

Cozy little place with friendly welcoming atmosphere of the old farming tobacco south. Have only had breakfast a couple Times(and it was great) and picked up some fresh made daily cookies, but looking forward to a lunch dish in the future.

1/5 because i have been here before and was great but today… not so much… biscuits and sausage gravy which sausage apparently didn’t get the invite because there was none. Biscuits cold Gravy… even colder Home fries were hot tho but would have rather it had all been hot, considering i dont print my own money and have to go work for it, spending hard earned money on cold food is not my ideal of a “good” breakfast.

This charming, off-the-beaten-path, eatery is a great place to eat! Whichever meal you're hankering for, it'll be home-cooked to your specifications while you sit and enjoy the WELCOMING atmosphere inside. The hostess was charming and very kind to me! I decided to approach 81 from North Carolina, going North, by taking a stretch of State Highway 15, a pure, country roadway. The scenes were beautiful! Above and beyond anything one could see from a US major highway! Worth the bit of extra time that my journey took.

CUTE CUTE CUTE inside! I’m so excited to have a sit-in-diner in town! They serve breakfast all day which is perfect. The ladies give you smiles and the food is great! Kids got pancakes and I got a cheeseburger. Price is just right, too. We will be back again and again. Happy to support local business owners!
