TOGO'S Sandwiches

Had another great experience at TOGOS Castro Valley! Their flavors are rich, the ingredients are high quality, and everything tastes freshly prepared. The staff is cheerful and efficient. The ambience is inviting, well-kept, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a fulfilling meal.

This is a very dishonest business. I call in and ordered a pastrami sandwich with just pickles, mustard, and cheese. I was very clear that I am allergic to onions and asked politely that they not put anything else on my sandwich. Well, I went in and picked up my sandwich and when I got home, they were onions on my sandwich. So I drove back and return the sandwich and ask for a refund. They offer to make me a new sandwich and I declined since at this point, I didn’t trust them to make my food and as I stated, I am violently allergic to onions. So I show them my receipt. They said they would issue a refund and it would take 3 to 5 business days. 3 to 5 business days later the refund never showed so I called the store and spoke to someone who said the manager will call me back. Went for lunch on a Sunday and they were mostly empty. Had some confusion with the order and ended up without a drink. I prefer the order-with-the-sandwich-maker classic Togo's layout which they weren't doing. The sandwich was good, bread seemed fresh.

Been coming here for years. Best sandwhiches and the staff always knows my order.

I order regularly for a large group. They always have everything ready for pick up. The sandwiches are delicious. They also are considerate for dietary restrictions we have at meetings occasionally.
