11/8/25 first time here. I had the special smoked benny - lox & eggs on an English muffin with H sauce. It was good. A little messy but that's ok. When the sunlight hit my plate, i noticed a lot of fingerprints on it... Strange... I hope it was clean and not reused. The GF had the lumberjack with pumpkin pancakes and turkey sausage (small upcharge) she liked it. Coffee was good, service was good. Clean WC

Great diner I have enjoyed over the years. Breakfast is always a good option. Portions are generous. Clean and great service. Highly recommend to one and all.

You can't do much to mess up eggs... They were decent, but what was really good was the strawberry cheesecake. I didn't want to order it because it looked so sugary and sweet.But it wasn't at all, the glaze was not sugary, and the strawberries were fresh, juicy and cold. The cheesecake tasted delectable, but it was not heavy. It was just fantastic.

Went for lunch on 1/28. Ordered the turkey BLT and the new grilled chicken, bacon avocado sandwich with ranch and bbq sauce. Both were very good and as expected. The shortfall was the Matzo ball soup. Came out with literally no flavor. The broth was like something out of a can (I’ve had better canned broth) and bright yellow. Nothing to add extra flavor, I guess gone are the days when it had celery, carrot and onion included, at least here.

On January 15th, 2026, I dined with a colleague. My colleague ordered the hamburger, while I selected the Chicken Palermo, accompanied by mashed potatoes and soup. Unfortunately, the Chicken Palermo was unsatisfactory. Its flavor profile suggested it was a lightly reheated frozen item, and the chicken itself tasted as though it had been frozen for an extended period. I consumed less than half of the dish due to its unappetizing quality. My colleague consumed only a single bite of their burger and subsequently left the remainder, opting instead to eat only the fries. I did not inquire as to their reasons for not finishing the burger.
