Loved it! Food was delicious. Atmosphere takes you to the Bahamas. Madison H. was a terrific server. (This review edited after restaurant response. Madison was terrific not terrible. Darn auto correct on phone... my apologies!!)

The staff was friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere was pleasant with island music that didn’t interfere with conversation. The meals were delicious. The drink menu is extensive. Try the scallop sliders. You’ll be happy you did.

We went for my husband’s birthday and used to like this place. First hostess wasn’t very friendly and told my husband with open table you can’t sit on the patio as it tells you and coldly told us to go upstairs to another hostess. Waited to be sat for another 5 minuted to find out our people we were meeting had been sat at least 15 minutes earlier and they didn’t remember? Server was nice but terribly slow and barely came by. Seemed very flustered. No more bread and honey butter, Mahi tacos now skimpier than ever. They very small with only two instead of the 3 before and no more plantains on the side but just chips. First off, there may not be a better atmosphere restaurant in Scottsdale than Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar. Sitting upstairs with the windows open truly gives you the feeling of being in the Bahamas. The vibe is fantastic and it’s one of our favorite places to bring friends and clients. Unfortunately, our experience yesterday was not the best when it came to food consistency and service. We arrived for lunch and were told the wait for four people was 45 minutes, yet the online app showed 15 minutes, so clearly those systems weren’t aligned. After being seated, it took about 9 minutes before our server greeted us. She was very nice, but clearly new and moving slowly. Once s
