Tommy's Pizza

Holy S:/! Moved to Bakersfield a week ago from Arizona, but originally from New York. For the past week I’ve been trying Pizza. Tonight I ordered pizza from Tommy’s, walked in and was like, “Hey, where’s the pizza place”?Crazy full Liquor Store exotic wines, wine cellar, wine bar, whiskey bar, absolutely beautiful, but the best thing is I could never imagine finding a pizza on the West Coast as good as this Pizza!! It’s everything I want in a pizza coming from New York, Connecticut or Jersey. Thin crust but yet crunchy, decent sauce nice dough texture… Outstanding. Lol. Sorry about the half eaten slice in the pic but I couldn’t wait. Enjoy

Probably the nicest hole in the wall I have ever visited. Looked at Google maps for a good pizza place in Bakersfield while visiting for the night. Directions took me to a hidden wine bar off of Truxton. I walked in and was like were is the pizza place? Here is a menu, order at the cashier when you are ready. 50 minute wait on a Friday, but worth it. It was very very tasty. Had a couple drinks while waiting, atmosphere was very chill. Would love to visit again!!

God, I love Tommy’s. Follow them on Instagram for the specials—which have never steered me wrong. House-cured ham? Yes! Vodka sauce? You bet. Square pies? Forget about it! Tommy, Alicia, and the whole team are amazing and they’re doing great work here. Support local AND get the best pizza in Kern County. Plus, they do catering if you arrange it ahead of time. It really elevated our latest event.

We heard Tommy’s Pizza was the best pie west of the Mississippi so we HAD to make a special journey all the way from Atlanta. It’s located inside Imbibe Wine shop, so you can get takeout or grab a drink and enjoy the pizza there. This pizza is no joke and the crew is the best. Having grown up in the Bronx, I never dreamed I would find a slice that could rival Dino’s on Mosholu but Tommy’s Pizza is legit. Perfectly crispy dough, melty cheese & pepperoni curls galore —that’s flavor baby. And we second don’t sleep on the salads. If they ever start bottling their ranch, I would stock up. 5 stars.

Damn.... is what I said when I hit into the hot pep. This place is by far best pizza in town. Please change my mind or dont idc. Good vibes all the time love the atmosphere keep killing in. Also ask for hot honey on the pizza its killer.
