Top Bagels

I’ve been visiting this location since before its current ownership, and over time, I’ve noticed a decline in communication, consistency, and management presence. The current operators seem largely absentee—decisions are made at a distance, and feedback rarely receives follow-through. For the past three weeks, I’ve repeatedly inquired about the availability of gluten-free bagels, speaking with at least five different employees. Each time, the question was met with uncertainty, and no one appeared to have a definitive answer. During my most recent visit, I asked a general question about whether the shop uses food coloring in their bagels. The staff confirmed that they do. Later, when looking at the brightly colored “egg bagel,” I asked whether that particular bagel actually contained egg.

TOday THEY HAD GREAT EVENT , FREE FOOD, COTTON CANDY AND POPCORN . EVERYTHING LOOKS AMAZING, store is spotless, staff friendly, and Meats and produce are from Top Tomato. Guessing they are affiliated. Prices seem reasonable, hopefully things stay the same Good luck

Old owners were way better, and the increase in the costs of goods has to be price scalping as opposed to any fundamental nuances like inflation. Cannot recommend this place as it is. Stop strangling your local community’s pockets,

Do not shop at this bagel store. They do not care about the community. I have purchased a too good to go for a family that is less fortunate than myself. When the child went in to get the too good to go they denied him. I have receipts. If you would like to see them please reach out to me and I can show you that I was charged for the too the two good to go order that the child never received. The child had all the information, they claimed they had nothing to swipe but you don't need to swipe anything. All you need is an order number which the child had. They still denied him argued with me and argued with my husband. We use this app frequently at many different locations and never had a problem with it. We always use the order number to obtain our order. The people there were very disresp

Store for everything u need. Pretty decent place to get some bagels or a sandwich. Everyone was friendly and no wait in line.
