Topgolf Loudoun

I’ve been to Topgolf Loudoun a few times, and overall it’s a great place to hang out. The atmosphere is always lively, the bays are clean, and the games are fun whether you’re good at golf or just there for entertainment. Staff has been professional and the service runs smoothly. The only issue is the pricing on food and energy drinks. The quality is fine, but the prices are definitely high for what you’re getting. It adds up quickly, especially if you’re with a group. Overall, it’s a solid experience and worth visiting just expect to spend more on food and drinks than you normally would.

We made a reservation for 4:45. We called because we ran about 5 minutes late, and they said you have a 15-minute grace. But once we started playing and got to the area, we only had about 40 minutes to play. We did not have a waitress for about 20 minutes. We did order and extended our time by 30 minutes. We ordered food, and it took about 30 minutes for it to arrive. The food was very good. but the service was terrible. It is nice being with family or friends, getting out and playing against them. I will eventually go back, but I am hoping it improves. I would recommend doing this with family; it is not any harder than putt-putt. It was enjoyable. We had to leave by six since they had an event scheduled.

I’m updating my review after multiple visits as a member. While I still appreciate this location overall and continue to come here for practice, there are recurring issues that have become difficult to overlook. The most consistent problem is the extremely slow response time when requesting assistance. Even during non-busy hours, simple requests such as changing a bay often take 15 minutes or more. This significantly disrupts quiet, focused practice and feels excessive for basic service. In addition, staff behavior on holidays is noticeably different compared to weekdays. Employees often appear tense, short-tempered, and less approachable, which makes interactions uncomfortable. Had a great time at Topgolf! The food was surprisingly good – fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The game experience was fun and engaging for everyone in our group, regardless of skill level. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe was upbeat and relaxed. Definitely a great spot for both casual hangouts and celebrations. Will be coming back!

What a blast! We came here on a chilly Sunday to practice our swings. They discount rates Sunday through Thursday, which is awesome. I made a reservation about an hour before we arrived and were quickly assigned a bay. We were happy to see that the bays have heaters to keep you warm in the waiting area, and the swinging area isn’t too cold. The different games and stats are fun and informative, and our server was amazing. I’d come back!
