Toppers Pizza

The pizza was delicious. The toppings were fresh and the dough was very good. There was just enough cheese and the service was great the guy even gave me options and the price was reasonable. Thank you toppers.

Absolute worst pizza place in Mankato. You make online orders and they don’t have the items. I made an order and with a $20 tip for a 60 dollar order to be generous just to get burned. Never got a call and after an hour I called the store and they said they don’t have the stuff to make half of what I ordered. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t cancel the order, that I had to online which you unable to the actual store had to. So just out $80 and was told to call back the next day just to cancel an order that only a manager could? Never will order from them again EVER

Ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party and 20 mins after it was scheduled to be delivered I got this text - “your order from Toppers Pizza (Mankato) has been cancelled because the store is unable to fulfill the order. Your charges will be removed from your statement within 3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Added specific delivery instructions on what apartment building and suite, including that the suite numbers are on top of individual doors. Instead, toppers delivered to the WRONG building (completely different number then the building number we provided) and did not even attempt to look for our suite number. I watched the car pull into the building across the street with a completely different number, and dropped off at a different suite number as well. The driver just chose a random door. It took 20 minutes of no notications before I walked to that random door and found our food. No "delivered" text or anything. By the time I found our food it was cold.

My family got take out. It was our first time having Toppers pizza and it was unbelievably good. Used a coupon and got a large sausage and pepperoni pizza and an order of Topper stix for $16. We will definitely be eating here again.
