Torchy's Tacos

Tried it for the first time — the flavor was great, the portions were generous, the food came out quickly, and the staff were super friendly. I’m definitely adding it to my list of go-to spots!

Delicious food! The food was hot and super tasty! It wasn’t super busy, so we were able to find a place fast to sit. The floor was a bit slippery, so be careful not to fall.

Creative tacos for sure. Not a great experience because I needed the receipt for my expense report. Asked for it at the register and also at the delivery of the food. Both times was given the affirmative that they would bring it to me. Never did had to pursue with corporate to get the receipt. They sent the wrong receipt originally and finally I got the correct one after another follow-up email. At my visit the drink machine wasn't working for refills. Service was lacking overall, but food was good.

Fajita taco is really good and you cannot beat the price. Unfortunately, started eating before we got more pictures. Robert and everyone makes sure that customers are happy with the food. Bought a queso card last year. Go buy one again this year if they have them it’s a great deal. Get the app and earn free food!

I ordered on the app to use my birthday reward for free queso, which is a nice perk, by the way. We are frequent Torchy visitors. At least once a month visitors. This experience was terribly disappointing due to quality and inconvenience. I am not sure we want to come back. First, we got home and I opened the bag. The napkins were soaked with grease. I threw them away. They were not usable. The kid's chicken taco was dripping with grease. I have a photo that I will post on Google reviews. The taco was so soaked with grease that we threw it away after a couple of bites. Photo attached. Next, I opened the Tipsy Chick. First, NO Bacon Marmalade. Have you eaten a Tipsy Chick without it?
