Torero's Mexican Cuisine

The food was quite good and in large portions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The variety and amount of veggies in the chalupa and enchiladas I order was more than enough and really prepared well. Loved the whole spread. If I come to this area, I would definitely go there again.

This is a fabulous Mexican restaurant with the best food anywhere. We were in Palm Beach on business and ate at Torero’s on each of our free evening, is was that good. To put this review in perspective, we lived in Southern California for 6 years and have eaten at thousands of Mexican restaurants throughout the U.S. and Mexico. We know the regional styles of San Diego, New Mexica, Colorado, San Antonio, and even Virginia Beach. We now live in Florida and have eaten at restaurants throughout the state. At first, the atmosphere is unimpressive. Torero’s doesn’t have the upscale look and interior decor that many other Mexican Restaurants have. Don’t let that stop you. Food was good. Was it the best I’ve ever had? Eh, no. I went to see what the hype was. They do serve a lot. Authentic? Ehhhh… I’d say some of the items on the menu were. I ordered the chilaquiles. They aren’t spicy at all so if you don’t like spicy it’d be a great option for you. It is VERY busy. Overall I don’t see the hype. But the food was good.

This is our go to Mexican spot. The food is always delicious, big portions, and the margaritas are fantastic. There can definitely be a long wait some days, especially weekends, but the food always comes fast so it’s the best place for a weeknight dinner. The prices have increased in the last year but that’s to be expected, similar to everywhere else.

This spot is so good! The service was fast, friendly, and super attentive from the moment we sat down. They bring out salsa and chips to start fresh, flavorful, and honestly hard to stop eating 😄 I ordered the Carne Asada and it was packed with flavor perfectly cooked and juicy. Highly recommend it or the sampler if you want to try a little bit of everything. The corn tortillas were soft and warm, and the sides were delicious too. The real star here is hands down the Carne Asada. The Carne Asada Sope is also chef’s kiss authentic and delicious. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to highly recommend!
