Greatly appreciate parking enforcement, our alley is clear for the first time in a while. It's very nice to be able to exit our parking garage without having to squeeze past illegally parked cars and scraping our side mirrors on the wall. People are so inconsiderate, so I'm grateful for the TPD being the exception. Thank you for acting on these non-emergency calls!

I had a threat made against me. The Torrance PD were very helpful and filed my report. The individual officers are really professional, and definitely care about the community.

Useless. Called the non-emergency line about cars (from people that don't live here) illegally parked behind our garage, since we're not able to get out. Said they'll send someone out, and the cars are still there the following morning

Friendly chill officers. Pulled up to me after my car broke down. They really wanted to see if I was ok. Wish I got the name of the cop. Love these people.

Torrance is not for the people and lacks common courtesy. I received a parking ticket in a parking lot for 'no front plates' on my vehicle. It was there. Officer ROSALES did not make an attempt to check clearly to see. When I contacted the department they said to wait for the ticket to be posted online. They did not take pictures to provide their proof. When it was posted I contested it and provided pictures of the front plate, time, date, location where the vehicle was. Almost immediately it was denied and received a letter that I still have to pay. You could reduce the fee to $10 but the amount of foot work and extra cost to bring the 'correction' down is ridiculous. Torrance PD and every other police station charges $27 just to step out and look at your vehicle. Then you still have go t
