TOSHI SUSHI

An adorable, cozy sushi restaurant with INCREDIBLE fresh fish. We got the special and regular omakase, and the special is absolutely worth the extra $20 because it comes with an amazing toro collar and tiramisu, along with more sushi, soup, and a carpaccio. Some memorable bites were the monkfish liver, fresh oyster, toro collar, daikon marinated red snapper, golden eye snapper nigiri, and the AMAZING housemade tiramisu.

Went in today with my partner, server was great and polite. The food was amazing tasteful and fresh no need to add any spices or anything. Delicious will be going again and again!

Toshi Sushi delivers a fresh sushi grade seafood experience to remember. The staff and team in this small, unassuming place are so approachable and helpful. Absolutely loved the selection of classic sushi while incorporating a wide selection of rotating specials like fresh trout from Mount Fuji. Ordered the standard omakase but enjoyed the food enough to also order more to take home.

What a gem of a place! We were passing through the area around lunch time on Saturday and stopped in here for lunch. We were warmly greeted and sat down. Service was quick! I got the lunch special with the teriyaki chicken and the shrimp/veggie tempura. My friends opted to get an assortment of rolls and the udon soup. Everyone was very happy with their options. The fish was fresh and tender. Even a basic tuna roll was good! The ambiance is fun, with a little corner of memorabilia was interesting to look at.

It's a great place but we were a tad bit underwhelmed with the Karage Chicken and spice Tuna Sushi roll. Hoenstly the bar was set high by the high ratings on Google and Yelp, otherwise it is a best place. The karage could have been a little more crispy and the sushi felt like it wasn't fish-y enough! The teriyaki was amaaazing - 5 stars The mango mochi - 5 stars Tiramisu...i know in a Japanese restaurant...5 stars! The staff and service is great !! I will go back again to try some other sushi maybe...perhaps we made a wrong choice that day!
