Totally Tea

I ordered 5 teas 🧋🧋🧋🧋🧋. The drinks were actually pretty good 👍 and tasted fresh 😋, so no complaints about the quality. However, the customer service really caught me off guard 😕. At first the employee seemed nice, but while I was grabbing straws he started rushing me ⏳ and then said, ‘Okay there’s your drink, take it and go.’ 😳 It came off rude and unprofessional 🚫. A little kindness and patience would’ve made the experience so much better 💔. Good drinks, but I hope the service improves

Credit card tip does not go to the employees, it goes to the business. Which, everything I can find when searching says is illegal. If it is legal then it's not ethically moral and I do not agree with the business's decision. -2 stars for this. Also, one of the "favorites" that seem like they have a set price on the top of menu actually has a charge for the 2 shots of expresso that added about another $2 to the price (the expresso drink). It's just slightly misleading. Technically it's listed on the menu but if you just look at the TVs it's not on there and for the menu they put it at the bottom when at the top it clearly says the item's price. Instead of having the price for all favorites listed at the top and add ones listed at the bottom it'd be clearer if they posted each items price

I’ve been here twice. Both times experience was really disappointing. The drink tasted bad. Most of the items don’t have prices listed, so the first time I ended up paying way more than I expected. The second time I was careful and ordered something with a listed price and didn’t add anything extra. I even selected “no tip” on the screen, but when I checked the receipt later, I saw they had automatically added a $1.50 tip anyway, which is misleading! The drinks seemed pre-made rather than made fresh, at least mine was handed to me straight from the fridge. Customer service wasn’t very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

First time being there, the customer service was just rude trying to describe to me how I can order my drink. I knew how to order and he kept telling me that I was wrong. Ultimately, they made the drink that I had been asking for. The Taro smoothie w Boba was very watered down and flavorless. Wasted $10

They even brewed a sample for me to try on the spot! I appreciated the personalized attention and care that they put into every customer interaction. The tea I loved was brown sugar milk tea. The store itself was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax with a cup of tea. Prices were reasonable, considering the high quality of the teas.
