Totally Tea

I got the taro milk tea here with boba and it didn't have much taro flavor in it and tasted like it was watered down. Their boba was cooked well though, better than a lot of places but the drink itself wasn't good. I would not order again.

I definitely will not be going back ever. The drinks were so expensive. Ik its the mall but like $30 for 2 coffees is crazy. I could just go to dunkin or Starbucks. The service was good and the mall atmosphere is chill, I just cannot do that price. Also the most expensive drinks don't have their prices advertised. The coffee had more ice than coffee.

Good drinks. They force you to pay 20% tip. Drinks are advertised at 5.99 but comes to $8 . Was never given option to decline tip. If it was a restaurant with service sure . Hope they deal with this . Its a SCAM

Go to T4Cafe instead. Had tea here twice before the product itself is delicious but the service each time gets worse. First time was decent the gal was giving samples but no personality or smile. Still good enough tea we bought some. (6mo ago) Second time after waiting for someone to show up for 10 min the gal informed us she’s on break for ten more minutes while standing there on phone. (3mo ago) Last two days waited for someone during operating hours for 10 Minutes no one showed up either day. Went across street to T4 Cafe GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT TEA!

I’m finally leaving a review for this awful place. The drinks alone aren’t bad but that’s only IF you can get service, because most of the time there is never anyone there. My first issue with the employees was a couple weeks ago with this one female worker, who unfortunately still works there. She was sitting in the back on her phone and I had asked if they were open when she rolled her eyes and said yeah and was rude the entire time and after my order she went back on her phone. When I walked by as I was leaving no one was even there. I went in again last week and this time different girl but also sitting on her phone and then I saw her hit her vape!!! I didn’t bother ordering from there I just got something from the pretzel place. Does no one see these things?! Then, I went in yesterday
