Touch Down Wings

One of my favorite places to eat—this spot has never disappointed. The food is always prepared exactly how I order it. The teriyaki wings are delicious, and both the fries and fried rice are always fresh. Portions are generous, which is a big plus. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, and today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. You weren’t even busy, yet my order was messed up three separate times, requiring me to return each time. The rice was uncooked, the soda was flat, my French fries (part of the combo) were missing, and the lemon pepper wings were soggy. When I asked for a manager, I was told she wasn’t available. When I called instead, I was told she said to “bring it back and we’ll remake it.” That’s not a solution after three trips caused by your mistakes. What is the compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and poor service? Simply remaking the order again does not address the issue. This was extremely disappointing, especially from a place I’ve supported since day one.

4/5 stars? Maybe a long long long time ago. I literally purchased $140 worth of food and EVERYTHING was terrible. I’m super positive the chicken was old, the sauce on the wings were terrible. The Philly was disgusting. Nothing was fresh about it. Called the establishment and asked if something could be done to rectify, like anything. Someone answered the phone and told me no, tried to justify the utter disgust. Terrible customer service and just outright greed.

This is beginning to be the worst location no matter how you tell them you want your food they will still fix it the way they want to do not I repeat do not order anything from this location you can tell they really dont care at all and thats just looking at the reviews they never respond to no deal for me again

Service is not the same as it was years ago. Downhill. I’ve never seen lemon pepper wet wings look like this. Mind you this was supposed to be crispy… plus the BBQ wings look horrible like the sauce came straight out the jar and not even tossed. The cashier assured me this is what the wings are supposed to look like…. You be the judge. Wondering if this place is under new ownership or if they really just don’t care anymore
