I've called this office ten times you can never get anyone on the phone

I called the Saugus Department of Public Health four times with no answer. There was also no voice mail for me to leave my name and number so they could call me back. It is shocking that during a public health crisis that the department in charge of protecting the wellbeing of its community does not respond. Very disappointed.

I have called so many times and no one ever answers, they just let it ring. Very unfortunate Saugus can't get it together.

No one will pick up the phone and no voice mail or email to contact. Saugus is overcrowded and they let people in without masks. Shame nothing is being done during this pandemic.

I have tried to call several times. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing. This seems to be an ongoing problem judging by the other reviews I read. It is a disgrace.
