Townie Burgers and Bevies

Got the burger, it was good but not great. Fries are excellent, great seasoning / flavor. The make everything in house so malt vinegar for em, I think it would add to em, but still good. Chicken was good. Onion rings were bad, would recommend not getting em. Super thing sliced so it’s just burnt onion and all breading. Stick w the fries 👍. Beers are 12 ozers fyi. We had great service.

This salad was $18 (added in chicken) and was the size of a usual $6 side salad. The flavors were bland and underwhelming. The burger we ordered was bland and overcompensated by the spicy relish. With the underwhelming flavors of the burger patty, and overpowering use of garnishes, I can say this burger should have been around the $10 price point…NOT the $16-$20 they are asking. This place had good vibes with decent food and could be successful if they adjusted their pricing. I would recommend that the owners reduce their prices by about 30% to better align with the quality and quantity of their dishes.

Just opened 2 days ago, but you couldn't tell. Bartenders were super friendly and helpful. I got the Townie Classic with fries and a local blackberry cider. Everything was delicious! The space was well designed and they even re-purposed some of the 100 year old lumber. Highly recommend.
