I started coming to this restaurant when it first opened (around 1990) because of the muffin tops, menu selections, complimentary mini size bakery basket and food quality being consistently good. When the area developed (high rise apartments and Oracle Park) parking became insane. The restaurant and area lost its charm, so I stopped coming. So when I happened to be in this neighborhood, I decided to try the restaurant and see what changes were made. The only difference inside of the restaurant is that the bakery area is now replaced with a bar. The small pastry display looked pitiful. The pastries didn't look appealing - muffins were below the cup line topped with sugar sprinkles and the slices of cake look like it was just sitting there. Other than that, the decor looked the same.

Prices, food, service, portion size and location are okay with a couple of exceptions. Hashbrowns and over easy eggs were perfect. My chocolate milkshake tasted great but filled the metal cup only a little over 3/4 from the top. Most places have a larger metal cup that you pour into a regular milkshake cup with enough left over to pour another half to full cup more. The pancakes were larger portions than our server described and, although seemingly thick and fluffy, are rather dense. So, take that into account based on how hungry you are. We both got ultra foul gas later in the day and yhis was our only meal up until they point. The only things we ate that were the same were the pancakes, syrup, butter and jelly; everything else was different. The gas had to be from one of those four items

We love coming to Town’s End Brunch. They have all the usual breakfast suspects, each one tasty! You can sit at a table and look out their many windows to see the trees swaying and the water on the bay rippling. Their servers are always helpful. Fresh green juice is on the menu, and it’s awesome. I usually get the Mr Breakfast but if I’m splurging I’ll go for the biscuits and gravy which they ace. It’s one of my fave brunch spots in SF.

Went for a sunday brunch. I got the orange juice, which was definitely freshly squeezed and husband got the peruvian latte, which was also amazing. I got the combo for breakfast with waffle. The waffle was way too salty for my taste but everything else was quite good. Husband got crab cake benedict, which he enjoyed a lot but didn't like the house potatoes as much coz they were very unevenly good. Overall a good experience with some flaws.

If you are near the ballpark before 2 PM stop in for a great breakfast or brunch. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and the dish just popped with flavor. The Salsa was excellent as was the Pico and the ham I substituted for the pork chorizo. My wife had a scramble with hash browns, which I can testify were awesome as were the eggs. It's been awhile since we had been there but it won't be long before we go back. Excellent breakfast spot.
