Trailblazer Grille

We absolutely loved Trailblazer Grille. The service was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. I got scrambled eggs and the chicken and biscuit. It’s rare to go to a diner that has seasoned eggs but these were! The breading on the chicken had a lot of flavor and the chicken was tender and moist. My husband got steak, eggs, toast and hash browns. I had a bite of the steak and it had great flavor. The owners are a Christian homeschooling family. They even have a Bible verse on the back of their shirts. We are planning on going back to take our kids - yes, it’s that good we are going to drive an hour for food!

The food was good. This restaurant needs to hire more staff. Our waitress was nice but she had way too many tables.

The salad was good, very small but good. My wife and I did not get to eat together both dishes went back to kitchen. My meatloaf came out cold. Her hamburger steak came out under cooked. The waitress was pleasant. The live music was nice. Food not so much. Shame because vibe was good.

Great food made from scratch. Packed with full flavor. Loved the chicken fried chicken. Thin batter so wonderful in flavor. Even the potatoes are on point. The Philly was also good. Very big a filling. Great cheese dip. Will definitely be coming back.

The food was amazing and the service was great. Would highly recommend. If you on the train visiting get reservations. This was the cowboy chicken. They had same of the best mac and cheese I've ever had at a restaurant.
