I would love to give this place a great review, but I drove all the way out here because their Google listing said they closed at 4 o’clock. It is now currently 2:45 and I’m in the parking lot being told that they closed at 2 o’clock.

The Kona store's customer service is the best! Kathy and Hattie are amazing and so pleasant! Every time I go there, I am greeted with nothing but smiles! They carry just about anything you need in the food industry and they have tons of inventory!

Update Review 2024: They have hired a new front desk assistant, Kathy, who is always a pleasure to work with! She greets you and goes the distance of making sure she delivers the correct product. The warehouse staff is always very helpful and courteous, today I was helped by Frank, who, just in our short interaction, was very pleasurable. Thank you! Old Review: We have supported this business for many years now. It’s unfortunate that they are the only company locally that carries the product that we need to run our business. Customer service at the front desk could use a reminder of they objective of their job, as they usually seem unmotivated to provide quality service to the customer.

The office manager there was very patient and assisted me in the products that I needed to get. She's awesome. Thank you very much.
