I take finding the best Mexican food truck seriously so I always try ones I pass by in Waco. The burritos here aren’t your generic breakfast burritos and they don’t come with rice/ potatoes inside. But their burritos are hands down the best I’ve had in Waco and even Texas. I had their burrito with asada the first time I went and it was some of the most tender and flavorful asada I’ve ever had. I went back the next day and got a torta with asada which was also very good. My friend got a burrito de pastor and again one of the best burritos and meat quality I have had. I usually order asada, suadero, or barbacoa when I get a burrito but the pastor was amazing and I will certainly be going back for it. This food truck is the best Mexican food in Waco, Texas that I have found …I’ve been here two times so far and yes I’ll be coming back. I recommend the cubana torta, the Hawaiian Burger.
