Tropical Fast Food

Ordered through DoorDash ... food was exactly what I ordered. Arrived hot and delicious! Will definitely order again!

Order was confirmed and a 43 minute window of pickup was established. 7:23 was the pickup time. I arrived at 7:30 and was told to wait 2 minutes. 10-15 minutes later I received a plate of chicharrones and tostones from the workers. The food was mushy and all the chicharrones were 90 percent fat and not crispy. I feel like I took a plate of leftovers from a family cookout and nuked the pork in the microwave. I’m sure some others have had fresh food, as this establishment has 4.1 stars, but this time they dropped the ball and made a mockery of their own existence. I award them one star, with an appetite to rate lower, but this shall do.

Not even 10 minutes from ordering my food on uber eats you would expect to anxiously wait for your food and eat it, as I’m opening the food getting ready to eat I see a fly on my chicken Alfredo.. if I would have a option to eat there or not I really wouldn’t that’s just disgusting and gross and signs that there’s not a clean atmosphere.
