Tropical Grille

We loved tropical grill but then they switched their chicken recently. They use to use white meat. Now they are using dark meat and we absolutely do not like dark meat. Husband had a bone in his bowl tonight. Bring back the white meat!

We came in for lunch during the Sunday church rush. It was chaotic but the service was PHENOMENAL and we still got our food quickly. Under all the pressure the staff is still courteous and kind. Highly recommend!

Me and my boyfriend went to tropical grille for my 1hr lunch break. Orderd 2 of the original bowl meals sat in line for 30 minutes then when we finally got to the window was only handed 1 meal. Politely told him it was supposed to be 2 and gave him the Money for the second meal.he gave me the meal and forgot the drink. I asked for the drink and when he gave it to me he said “make sure to leave a bad review” so now I am! Great food bad drive thru people! On my receipt the name of the boy was “Jude” but he was a nerdy white boy!

Good luck with being acknowledged here! I’ll drive out of my way to go to another location where the staff is respectful! 3 employees… two blonde females and one dark haired male need some serious customer service training. I wish I didn’t have to leave a star at all. 5:52p on 1/3/2026. Also, the timing was excessive! Also, save your time replying to me as I have seen you guys do. Your customer service is trash and you need to use that energy to pour into your staff members.

I tried the Southwest Bowl. Regular size was plenty. Add the jalapeno garlic sauce it's amazing! Service was fast at the drive-thru. The only complaint I have... this was the first time I had eaten here, I asked about the sauces and was ignored. Thankfully, I went for the jalapeno garlic sauce and was happy with it.
