Chef Shane is amazing. He always hooks it up with the food. I really appreciate how he gives dessert too! Stuff like that goes to show how much he cares, this food is made with love! Bless up

This was the laziest food and plate that has ever been delivered to me and I’m from Queens. Not only was the order wrong but the plate literally came with scraps. What I ordered versus what I received lol.

Ordered on “Too Good To Go” app. The value of the “meal” was supposed to be $18 for a “medium” size order. The photos shown are NOT what you receive. 1. This was a house, which was unexpected. I should have looked up the address (and not just how many stars the business had) beforehand, so THAT’S on me. 2. It seemed as though he was microwaving the food while we waited for our order. Which was confirmed when I got home and opened the container; the food seemed old. 3. There’s NO WAY the food I received was worth $18; nor was it a “medium” size. The container was barely half full: It had probably 1 serving spoon worth of rice, 1 serving spoon worth of mashed potatoes with a weird tasting gravy, 1 piece of turkey bacon (?!.. since when is mashed potatoes & Turkey Bacon part of Caribbean

Don’t waste your time. This isn’t a restaurant. This is a private person cooking from Their home. The food look like it’s left overs from two days ago. He clearly microwaved leftovers from two days ago. Has a really bad smell. Ordered from toogoodtogo. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. The owner responded because i ordered from toogood to go. That i should expect waste. But he's lying to the people who order on uber eats. I would never pay top dollar for that trash. The other jamaican restaurants give fresh food fro,m the same day. Not spoiled left overs. I'm not homeless. just trying new things w/o paying top dollar. You suck chef shane.......ARE YOU PROUD OF THAT FOOD??? THE WORST.

Don't sleep on Tropical Kitchen !! The chef is Impeccable with his food and timely ! Within minutes he prepared some of the best mac & cheese I ever had along with fresh chicken. Would definitely eat again and again ! Ask for Shane ! He's incredible ! 🔥🔥🔥
