Tropical Smoothie Cafe

First time trying this place out and I love it! The smoothies all sound so amazing!! Because it was my first time, I didnt know which to choose but the staff was very friendly in suggesting which ones are usually the best sellers. Mango Monson and Tropical Dragon Passion were the two I grabbed that day and they were both pretty delicious. Food wise it was alright, could be slightly more flavorful but it was still eatable. We had grabbed the Baja Chicken Wrap and the Chicken Bacon Flatbread with a choice of chips. Another time I tried the Acai Bowls, I believe it was the Chia Oatmeal Pudding and omg it was so good! The fruit was so fresh and everything just went really good all together. The serving was a good amount as well, I was able to have left over for a night snack also. Overall the

Rude people, staff management and owner. Ill informed and asked for non dairy items, l they advised of Whey as an option not realizing that is dairy, couldn’t advise with nutrition chart she referred me and specifically asked for after being denied, in which might shed light on and advise on for actual ingredients. Woman was crazy crabby on the phone just as RUDE as her staff and HOW I received her number when management couldn’t answer the questions. When entering the first 2-3 minutes I called for someone four times without an answer from anybody before I finally peaked my head around the corner for an answer if someone was working there. Then got torn into because I was surprised to see someone 25’ in the distance that had just grabbed a mop to start mopping with no answer or response

First time going to Tropical smoothie!! I had the cherry berry protein smoothie. It was so good.. It was clean in there and Luis made me feel comfortable ordering for the first time.. Calm and patient with me. .Thank you

This place is soo good, the smoothies are perfectly blended. I still haven’t gotten to try the food but it smells amazing! The supervisor, Luis even came and gave exceptional feedback on which smoothies and protein to add to make a great smoothie!

I love tropical but I usually go to the one on Drexel but I was in the area and mobile ordered on 27th I have a little cold so my friend ran in and grabbed the smoothie and upon double checking my order I realized that it was the wrong color I ordered a “sunshine”which contains mango pineapple orange juice and banana I believe instead of that they made the “sunrise sunset” which okay fine not gonna be a Karen it was a mistake I called and they said they would make it right and my friend ran back in and they made it but I guess the girl behind the counter had an attitude and stated that I was wrong and she just made what was on the ticket and it was my fault which I’m confused I made no modifications it was a plain “sunshine smoothie” overall the smoothie was fine but hearing that the emplo
