Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I went to Tropical Smoothie during the evening hours. 6pm to be exact. The female staff took my order over the drive thru. I pulled around to the window. I sat there for almost 8 or 9 minutes. Never once being acknowledged through the window. I honked and still no one came to the window. I finally pulled around and walked in. Both female staff were standing there. One working on a smoothie (even though there was no one in the drive thru or dine in). I had to shout and say "excuse me" before the girl turned around. I told them I had been waiting for close to 10 minutes for my drink. The staff who appeared to be the lead stated that the other girls headset wasn't working. Which clearly wasn't the case as she took my order. What happened is that she never put my order into the register. They

Store hours are from 7-9. I pull into the drive through after a long day at work to get a wrap around 8:40 just to be told they don’t sell anymore food close to closing since they cleaned the utensils already. This is such a huge inconvenience. How are you going to stop selling half of your menu 20 mins before closing time? This is pure laziness from the staff. I understand if pulled in 5 minutes until close but a whole 20 mins before hand is ridiculous.

Went there today and bought Three smoothies and two bowls. The girls working behind the counter barely acknowledged us, dint mark any of our drinks leaving us guess what drinks were which. Over all the customer service was horrible. Food tasted fine.

Worst looking and lacking sandwich I have ever gotten and paid almost 11.00 for 3 slices of lunch meat and a half of a half of slice of tomato. Old greasy cheese that looks like it's been left out all day and a few shreds of old lettuce. If I would have ate in store I would have returned it and got money back now stuck with this crap. I could have made this at home for this!

First time trying this place just opened ordered detox smoothie was great and refreshing. Kids liked the Avocado grilled cheese it was gone no picture. chicken pesto taste great. Buffalo chicken wrap was good and not spicy at all. Room for improvement at the drive thru window no one comes to great you just opened the window and said did I get my order. I didn't even pay yet. Also double check that your sides are in the bag before driving off. Young lady fixed the problem and was very friendly.
