So hit or miss here. Not that whoever owns this location cares, but if a customer orders something it needs to be made as ordered. Make my food and just throw it in a bag. Are the toasted rolls not supposed to be TOASTED? And rolled? Just lazy and for what…

After almost finishing my flatbread sandwich there was parchment paper stuck to my cheese inside. Very unpleasant lunch wish it was better… Y’all need to work on removing paper and stop moving so fast when getting people orders ready.

DO NOT GO HERE. Order your smoothies elsewhere. The customer service is the worst that I've ever seen. The employees have the absolute worst attitudes. They don't smile, they don't even greet you or acknowledge you when you come in. When you're next up in line, you have to be the one to walk right up and talk first. They have nothing but attitudes, rude energy and bad service. I've tried giving this place a chance a few times, but it's always been meet with disappointment, rolled eyes, angry or depressed faces, and cold food. They always give you the food cold. It seems like the poor attitudes and customer service has been a continuing problem with this place, and even the other comments will tell you. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves attention. Please stop letting teenagers run the establishment without supervision. I placed a smoothie order at 8:38 p.m. (well before closing at 9), and arrived at 8:42 to pick it up. The girl working told me they had already cleaned up and put everything away. Moments later, another young employee started making the order while they both made faces at each other. Completely unprofessional. Never again. Do better and teach proper customer service.

The customer service and unfriendly attitudes are awful and the owner and management needs to do something about about it. They don't greet you, they are rude and don't smile. It's dirty too. Go elsewhere for a smoothie
