Ordered an avocalado smoothie. All I could taste was kale!! Got down 3 drinks and threw it away!! Garbage!!

I love this place so much 🤍 ❤️ Favorite place after work. It makes me feel refreshed and puts me in a better mood.

There is a food maker who keeps putting chicken in just a kids cheese quesadilla (3rd time). I'm lucky enough to have kids who are old enough to eat chicken however, I'd advise the staff to double check the order, just in case some kids don't or can't eat it.

It was our first time trying Tropical Smoothie, and we were excited. We ordered the Peanut Butter Paradise smoothie and a bowl, which I believe was the Peanut Butter Crunch with 32 grams of protein. The smoothie was too sweet, and the bowl wasn’t what we expected—it was more like yogurt with granola rather than an açaí bowl. Unfortunately, it didn’t taste good. At the register, the employee, Kim, encouraged us to fill out a survey, saying we would get a smoothie for $1.99. We completed it right away, before even trying our food. As soon as we finished, she walked away, and another employee told us that it actually takes up to 24 hours for the receipt to activate. I wish Kim had been more transparent so we could have completed the survey at a more useful time. Because of this experience,

This was our first visit to this location, and we stopped by for a late dinner after a long, stressful day of moving. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing, not realizing it at the time. We were tired and hungry and we planned to order quickly and leave, as we didn’t mean to be an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the girl at the front counter seemed less than pleased to see us. Despite greeting her with a 'hi' and 'good evening,' she didn’t respond, which was disheartening, especially given how stressed we’ve been. A little kindness would have gone a long way for us right now. That being said, the food was excellent and definitely better than what we’ve had at other locations.
