True Food Kitchen

Our group of four visited twice for weekend lunches. Overall, the food is good quality for the price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It feels fresh, isn't too heavy, and didn't cause any indigestion. Portions are fair. The fries were not precooked, which was a very nice touch. While the turkey burger wasn't phenomenal, it tasted ok. Buffalo chicken sandwich wasn't spicy but it was flavorful (it was part of the specials menu). They have many vegetarian options and the service is good. It can get busy, so it's better to make a reservation. We would come back again!

I’m generally a fan of true food kitchen, they have healthy and nutritious options that do not sacrifice on flavor. However this location suffers in quality during very busy hours. The location is huge, with multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. When it gets super busy, service is very limited and the food also suffers. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the food to come out, and when it finally came it was cold.

The food was very tasty. I really liked the chicken parm and the pizza were very good. Oh! and I reaaaallllyyyy liked the guacamole! The server was patient and very attentive. It was too loud indoors; it was not easy for me to have a conversation.

Staff is very friendly! The patio is beautiful come sunset… Plenty of variety on the menu so it’s nice to come back and try something new. My current favorites are the seasonal carrot cake and the roasted brussels sprouts starter

Such a lovely day to sit outdoors. We ordered the lunch deal, chicken wrap, salad and a fresh kale aid drink. Food was delish but my chicken was a tad dry.
