Trós Greek Street Food-Harrison

A few days ago my friend and I decided to go here. Our first time here was incredible. The food was spot on. Everything was excellent. My friend ordered the platter and I got a gyro. This was to takeaway. Once we took it home and after a few bites, we both realised the chicken was raw. The chicken was extremely raw. The pink was jiggling as if the bird is ready to take flight. We called to inform what had happened. The lady on the phone said to order an uber eats order and they will deliver. The delivery arrived with only the gyro and cold chips (the chips were frozen cold on the first order too). And some dips. The delivery did not include the second order. While staying next door at the Element I stopped in here for dinner one evening. They have a nice menu loaded with all the typical Mediterranean eats I enjoy, so I was excited to give them a try. I ordered several items more than I would typically eat all by myself, but I wanted to try so much of their menu. The guy working the dining room and front counter was very friendly and extremely helpful! He was bouncing around to every guest making sure they were happy and all their food was great. He brought mine out once it was made by the kitchen and everything was great! Their chicken kabob was excellently spiced and perfectly tender! I had come few times here and I was welcome by a very friendly and polite lady named María. She was very kind. She made sure I was satisfied with my order and food. I had a bad experience in the past and I told her about it. So she definitely made up for that. The food is amazing and they need to bring more ppl like her for customer service!

Chicken skewer was undercooked. Was pretty thrown off by it. But the staff is very nice and helpful. I'm sure my poor experience with the food is likely a one off. I'll try it again and ask to make sure everything is cooked thoroughly.

We loved our meal at Tros in Harrison! It was super easy to get there and park in the parking garage (which they will pay up to 2 hours) ! Their Greek Salad wrap was deliciously tasty and so were the chicken and lamb skewers ! The 100% must get item on the list were the spring rolls! Tasty and cooked to perfection! Definitely recommend visiting Tros!
