TSA

TSA Precheck lady (older with grey hair) was very disrespectful and rude to me regarding my medical equipment for managing my Type 1 Diabetes. I gave her my Type 1 Diabetes TSA card along with my medical devices to be hand-checked. She wanted to completely open up my medical device packaging and all, and I refused. Then an African American lady walked up completely ignoring my request and opened it anyway without even speaking to me nor explaining why. This was extremely rude and they could have damaged my medical device that is required to manage my Type 1 Diabetes. Extremely unprofessional and complete ignorance at play with both of them. I am very disappointed and upset, and I have never been treated in this manner at any other airport in the USA nor international. The head of TSA Prech

I went to New York And I went through TSA at JFK on December 23rd around 7:30 and I got a disabled daughter in a wheelchair and the lady from TSA was so rude with me and my family. She couldn’t let my daughter passed through. I think those people should be more trained to be more gentle with disabled and elderly, it was a Puerto Rican lady in TSA. I will not go back to New York because I have a of this bad experience with TSA they’re not the best People!!!!!

Lost my eyeglasses at LaGuardia. The TSA has a super Lost and Found system! Got them back!

January 16th, 11:30 AM Laguardia Airport,, NY, Terminal C, TSA checkpoint 11. TSA officer Ms Valentine was obnoxious to myself, my wife and son. The TSA agents put our car seat through the XRay machine and it got stuck for about 20 minutes. I asked to go back to where my wallet was and Ms Valentine raised her voice and was totally obnoxious and rude to myself and my wife. Yelling things like, "HELLO, HELLO, HELLO!!!! What are you doing!?!? Get over here!" She was staring at us with a menacing look. She did not want to give me her name when I asked and I had to have her supervisor demand she give me her name.
