We love checking out different eateries sometimes great sometimes not so great, we didn’t know what to expect from Tsunami’s. After we took our first bite, my wife and I just about fell off our chairs!!! This place is amazing!!! We’re not from the area and it don’t matter we will make it a point to stop by Tsunamis every time we come to San Diego!! The staff were amazing the food was from out of this world!!! Shot out to Manny!! Great service very polite and informative!!! We even got two more of the GOAT rolls to take home!!! Very much recommended!!! Can’t wait to come back!!

A surprise hidden gem in Santee! Really high quality sushi and artisan dishes in a fun casual atmosphere, great flavor and presentation on every plate. Will definitely be back for more soon.

We’ve been so happy with each dinning experience we’ve had at Tsunami! The service is excellent and their food extraordinary! The sushi is fresh and they have their own unique creations as well as the classics. Their tempura is a delight and the prawns are crazy good! If you’re a sushi fan, this is a must go!!!

Solid sushi in Santee! We ordered 6 different rolls, some were on the happy hour menu, and tried all 3 aguachiles and they were delicious! Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place. The vibe is modern and inviting, and the outdoor seating with fireplaces makes it feel extra special. The service is unbelievably fast and efficient (especially helpful when you’re with little kids). We were seated and served in no time, which made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free. They have a great kids’ menu that actually tastes good and is just the right amount of food. And the sushi? Divine. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell the restaurant is well managed, everything runs smoothly, it’s super clean, and the staff is on top of everything. Parking is easy, and the location is super convenient.
