Love the women that work here. They are so helpful very attentive. The food, I love but I think that I love it the most because they are so heartwarming. They did something for me a couple of weeks ago that made me cry and I will be forever grateful to them. Recommend 10/10!

I am absolutely furious with my experience at this restaurant. I asked for rice with two meats and specifically told them to mix the meat sauce in, since I didn’t want beans. They charged us an absurd $50 for just two basic meals—such a crazy price. My rice had no sauce, and I barely got any chicken or beef—just a few dry pieces. My girlfriend ordered rice and beans with chicken a la plancha, and what she got was a charred, burned mess—no onions or peppers like we asked. And the morisoñando orange juice? It was disgusting—like it was made ten weeks ago, with a rotten taste. On top of all this, the service was a complete disaster. As a Dominican, I walked in and was treated like I didn’t belong—like I wasn’t even part of the culture. I will never come back.

The food is phenomenal. I normally order the fried boneless chicken Chicharron. Made to order. The fried salted pork is always spot on. The ladies in the front are always very cordial and respectful.

I ordered the chicken mofongo and pulled chicken sandwich. Both had the same type of meat. Which seemed to be OLD DRIED chicken from maybe the previous week or something. The chicken was hard. When I bit into the sandwich it was gross I had to pull the meat out my mouth. It was just hard and u had to really chew the chicken. The mofongo was good as far as the softness and flavor. But it also had this hard old chicken. You can tell the chicken is old. Who are they trying to fool. I won’t order again… check your food before you leave.
