I've always enjoyed this location, at least before the rebuild. No issues with service, but the food? Sloppy, uneven preparation, measly toppings (Except for the gallon of enchilada sauce poured over the burritos), subpar taste and seasoning and unattractive presentation? Yesterday I stopped by for takeout - potato skins and queso for superbowl. 1. Since when are "potato skins" presented as potato coins? 2. VERY minimal toppings, some with no topping, skin on outside burned and cooked to the point of separating from the potato itself. (See pictures). The description : "Potato Skins 10.99 Loaded with cheese, bacon, tomatoes and onions served with sour cream. Key word: loaded. We purchased ribs there yesterday and did not care to much for the taste but like anything we know everyone likes their ribs this way or that way. We both ate about 4 individual ribs each and just saved the rest thinking we could give the rest to the dogs glad we have not done so because in the middle of the night both of us ended up puking and had extreme cases of diarrhea. I thought I would warn people that if it taste funny it may not be just be the sause not being good.. Also my wife and daughter said the womens bathroom looked like someone exploded in there so that may of been a early warning sign we missed.. I did not use the mens so I had know idea until she told me about the bathroom this morning when we were in between bathroom runs..

Called to get order replaced kept on hold over 10min so I went to store while still holding. Employee informed manager that now I have come in and provided my name but the Manager response it’s gonna be a while. I waited additional 15 minutes or more. Finally, I Asked an employee To inform the manager that it was just for replacement of chips and salsa queso due to the chips being stale. At some point, the manager is yelling from the kitchen asking who I spoke with it and for a receipt , I also heard her saying, how was the chips stale. I responded to the employee if she would just look in the book but since I scanned coupons, could look it up but after another 10 minutes, I got the manager name and left the store. Manager Andrea, shame on you! I will be contacting coperate.

When we first walked in the atmosphere was so cold and dirty tables. That should have given us an idea of how tjis visit was going to be but we were hungry and asked for a table. We sat for 15 min before we got a server at our table / mind you thrre only about 5 tables being waited on at the time. Took another 15 min to get our drinks and the first bowl of chips with no salsa. We placed food order including queso as
