Turbo Cone

We just moved to the area and we’ve been looking for our new ice cream spots. Turbo came highly suggested and it was alright. Service was really good. The young staff is nice and quick. The free stickers made my kid happy and even my wife. Prices are a bit inflated IMO, but this may just be the area. Parking was easy on a Saturday afternoon. I like the outdoor seating and shade. It’s a nice place to stop with a ton of families and kids hanging out. I also love the store shirt. I found the chocolate soft serve a bit dull though. The vanilla is much better. Sprinkles were really good and the mixed ice cream and candy options are nice. We will try some other places but we will also be back.

I brought my daughters to Turbo Cone today (Friday at 6:00) and there was a huge rush. The young girls working had an entire line and served everyone within 10 min if not less, with great customer service. Was very impressed and the ice cream was delicious! Thanks Turbo Cone!

This is my absolute favorite place to get ice cream in Charleston. I love how you can get dairy free options and how there are so many different mix-ins for whatever mood you are in. The kids that work here really seem to have fun and care about their jobs. It’s just always a really good experience!

Turbo cone offered dozens of toppings as well as several non-traditional twist flavors such as pineapple/vanilla! Non-dairy options were also available in addition to flavored dips. Plenty of seating in the shade was also available as well as parking. After several ice cream stops on our vacation, Turbo Cone was absolutely our favorite! Staff were friendly and quick even on busy, hot days! Ice cream cones are also served with a plastic cone cover to prevent dripping ice cream from reaching your clothes! Worth the stop!
