Lovely place, however the security gate never works and they always keep the 2nd gate/other entrance locked

This is 12 months after and still chasing my deposit. This company is a fraud. You will never get your deposit back. Tuscany village Apartment is a good location. Access to so many routes but apart from that, you live and sleep with roaches. The place is highly infested with roaches that keeps you awake at night. The roaches are so bold like they are truly the owners of the apartment. They don't run away from you. You can see a minimum of 10 a day. I was so so glad when my 12 months lease expired in August 2016 and this is April 2017 I am still chasing after my deposit. Just know that the management WILL NEVER give you back your deposit. Read other reviews and know your deposit is gone FOREVER!!!!!!!!

I have never lived in this apartment complex, but I have spent a great deal of time here due to friends living in the community. I would say that the buildings have fantastic curb appeal, but that's about it. They're beautiful on the outside, but not very impressive on the inside. According to friends who live here they often charge extremely high water bill amounts that are devastating to one's typical budget. There is also a bad roach problem that is essentially left to residents to take care of themselves. And there isn't a lot of friendliness to be found in the front office according to many. What they apparently don't mention to prospective residents is that the neighborhood is specifically low income housing, so people apply in flocks only to be denied and told after they've paid an

I've been here for less than 24hrs since signing my lease me and my partner have killed over 15 roaches. They are in the kitchen, bathrooms, hallway and living room. I've literally saw roaches crawling out of the vents in the living room area. 4 roaches were found in my bed room window seal alone. That is not including the 3 we killed on the walls. THIS PLACE IS CLEARLY INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I totally regret ever signing the lease. Its currently 3 am while and I CANNOT SLEEP and REST after having moving all my stuff in less than 12 hours ago. PLEASE take this into consideration before moving to this place. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE THUS FAR.

I lived on this property For 2 years, I Paid my rent on time Never missing a payment.Nice property In the beginning, Recently They switched New Management . The new Property manager name is Mrs Donna, I brought several complaints to her about my downstairs neighbor Issues such as smoking, Playing loud music and slamming doors.These things were becoming a problem to me and my family. Also i got corporate involved, These people are the worst. me and my wife drove all the way to Alpharetta and Our situation was not resolved. I also talked to the regional manager his name is Elijah he lives on the property. We was forced not to renew our Lease We did a pre-inspection and Final walkthrough. We was also told today that We are not Getting our security deposit back. So I advise you to take your h
