Customer Reviews
If i could give it 0 stars i would. The staff is very rude the lady that checked us was very rude. My daughter got the vanilla one with the cake bites and other stuff added. When we got to the car she found flies stuck to the cake bites. They dont check the stuff they have out there. The fruit flies are all over the candies they have out there. The staff is so rude expecially the lady with the black hair that checked us out. I will never come back and ill make sure to tell my family and friends not to buy anything from them. The service is trash and so is there product! Stay away before you consume bugs and flies.
Staff barely visible, not very clean, and crazy overpriced. At least it's delicious
I can’t rave enough about this frozen yogurt shop. After a few hours of shopping, it’s relaxing to enjoy a cup with a topping or two. I like vanilla best, but they offer several different flavors and also have a large variety of toppings to choose from. The servers are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.
I ordered death by chocolate frozen yogurt from this place and it did not taste like frozen yogurt. It certainly tasted like death! All four of the other people I was with thought it was disgusting!!!!!!! One said the burn lasted after drinking water. That person also said that there was a burning sensation in their mouth when they ate it. When we went back to try and get a refund, the lady was polite and offered us a refund and we got a new frozen yogert. She tried the death by chocolate flavor for herself and she thought that "it tastes fine." We got a different flavor this time because the death by chocolate still tasted bad. I'm upset that I didn't get the flavor I wanted. I might not go here ever again because of this horrible experience.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a total rip off. I wonder why they have a sign stating they don’t exchange or refund drinks. I recently ordered a boba tea. They used regular domestic ice (those huge ice cubes you can make at home using an ice tray) and after 3 sips my drink was done. I was shocked, and I was still paying when I placed my cup on the scale and told the cashier that I was paying $7 for over a pound of ice. She smiles at me and agreed, but said that was nothing she could do about it. I should have not paid, but I was in a rush and didn’t want the headache. Don’t go!
