Twin Gables Inn

My husband and I were very blessed in booking a room for my birthday practically last minute! Wanted two nights but unfortunately they only had one available....no complaints though as we certainly were able to relax & enjoy the quiet Twin Gables Inn has to offer. Our favorite part was sitting on the back porch overlooking the Skamokawa Creek enjoying the sound of nature. We booked the Agnes room which was comfortable, relaxing, clean and well appointed. We especially appreciated having the room across the hall from us to sit and watch TV or read a book, that was an extra bonus we didn't know about! Kathleen is a gracious hostess who is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the history of both the area & the house. She made us feel warmly welcomed! The breakfast was fantasti

My visit to Twin Gables was brief, but delightful. My room (Agnes’s Room) was perfect for one person - or two who share really well. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. The sitting room across the hall was handy and I used it to get some work done.||Breakfast was sumptuous. I enjoyed it outside (which was extra work. Thank you Kathleen!) and the outdoor views are postcard worthy. ||I won’t go into how, but I accidentally made things a little harder on Kathleen than necessary and she was so very gracious about it. ||I may visit the area again next year and I hope to enjoy Twin Gables’ perfect hospitality again.

Stayed two nights in the larger room (Edna's). Kathleen is a great host and makes delicious breakfasts. She's always available if you need something, but otherwise it feels like you have the place to yourself. Sitting on the back deck watching the river and birds was very relaxing and tranquil. We also checked out Whitetail trail and Vista Park. It's a nice area and would definitely go back.

Kathleen is an amazing hostess! This is our 3rd year staying with her & we will be back next year! We absolutely love her breakfasts, her hospitality and the calmness that this Bed & Breakfast is surrounded by! Added bonus is she installed a level|2 EV charger! It was so nice to be able to charge our Mach E before our long drive back home. Highly recommended!

Twin Gables is an adorable B&B! Kathleen was a gracious hostess that provided exceptional service: we had a couple friends that were camping across the street that she allowed to join us for happy hour in the apartment. The apartment was well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. We also appreciated that Kathleen welcomed our dog Meg to join us!
