Twistee Treat Lake Wales

Came through with my wife and we shared the peanut butter lovers boat. Man I tell you what it was DELICIOUS!! Service was fast and friendly. A HUGE step up from what is used to be when it was Toppers. Everything was clean and the exotic lizards running around were cool. 🙏🏼

Disappointed! Cute from the outside, always wanted to stop with the kids but this was definitely our first and last time! The ice cream (if you can even call the melted mess that) was dripping all over your hand even before the server passed it to you through the window. The girls had cones which lasted less than 20 seconds before they had to dump them into cups. It was race to finish them before having cups full of milk. I know this is soft serve and we're in Florida but falling apart as they are handing it to you and not being able to enjoy it the entire time is not worth it. The other reason I gave this place 2 stars was there were ants all over the benches, tables and grounds. So families beware. We should've just did the drive thru as we were served last after most the cars rode past

REVIEW UPDATE My son and I tried Twistee Treat in Lake Wales again to see if they fixed the ice cream issue and they did! Ice cream was much better! Smooth and delicious just like my son and I remembered it to be. Twistee Treat in Lake Wales has earned their customers back. Thank you Chris, market manager for making the situation right. Bought 2 vanilla ice cream cups today and the ice cream was not smooth. It had lumps. My son was disappointed and now wants to find another ice cream place. This used to be our favorite spot. Not sure what's going on with the ice cream. I bought a swirl chocolate and vanilla ice cream cup months ago and had the same issue. I was hoping that taste was a one time mistake, but guess not. Recently went to lake wales location last week , I forgot what it felt like to have good service @ a fast food place in awhile. Alexis who was my server along with taking my order had a great attitude, she explained the menu to me and even gave me recommendations on what to eat! She was very friendly THANK YOU ALEXIS! Clean environment! Will be going again!

This place has the best soft serve ice cream hands down. We were visiting Florida from Albuquerque and stopped in to try it out, it's so good. Me and the wife loved every bit of it. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing.
