Twisters Frozen Custard

Have always loved their ice cream, always get the choc-a-lot sundae as I love a warm brownie with some ice cream. Typically it comes with hot fudge on top but tonight I was clearly given chocolate syrup(tasted like Hershey's). Their typical hot fudge is thick and whatever I got on top tonight was definitely more of a liquid. It was not a nice taste compared to what I'm used to. If they were out of hot fudge and had to put syrup on it then a heads up would've been nice. That's my reasoning for taking off some stars.

The employees were excellent. The service was very quick too. The prices were fair as well. A little odd getting in and out, but overall I was impressed with the product and service. Employees seemed happy and were kind. That goes a long way with me.

The ice cream custard was amazing! It’s a far drive from where I am in Grandview but it is worth it. It’s not too sweet like most ice cream places,just the right amount of sweetness. I got the cookie dough cup with vanilla ice cream. Very reasonable price for what you get.

We ordered Twisters for an event and it was a huge hit! The owner, Kevin, is very professional and easy to communicate with. The Oreo and cookie dough flavors are AMAZING!

Customer service was the worst I’ve ever received in my life. I asked for gummy worms on my ice cream TWICE, and they did not ring it up either times, even after I double checked with them. I then VERY politely asked for the gummy worms I ordered, and the women at the counter blatantly disrespected me. She told me she could get the gummy worms in a cup, okay! Great. But then she proceeded to tell me that because it wasnt rung up on the order, that I had to pay for it anyway. By the time this happened I had already given the card back to my mother who was in the parking lot, and I didn’t have any cash or card on me. I said I couldn’t pay for it anymore and that I had already confirmed and stated that I wanted that specific toping TWICE. she then had the audacity to say “well if you can’t pa
