I had such an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The service was truly the best — our server, George, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole evening even more enjoyable. The manager, Eka, is absolutely great. You can really see how much she cares about the guests and the quality of the place. Everything runs smoothly, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. The cocktails are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. The food was outstanding as well — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. And the desserts? Incredible! The ponchiki is definitely the best dessert on the menu — a must-try! Overall,

And the Georgian wine is fantastic—clearly chosen with care. The atmosphere is super cozy, the kind of place where you instantly relax, and the service is warm and attentive. A really special place overall. Highly recommend!

Stumbled into Ubani and it was the best! Vibes were great, staff was kind and informative, food absolutely delicious. First time having Georgian food and we were not disappointed. We got the chicken, bread boat, and beef/pork dumplings. Each dish was very flavorful and enough to share btw two people. Definitely will be back and recommend!

We went here for Valentine’s Day and were seated in the outdoor area, which looked beautiful and was comfortably warm. The ambiance was lovely and set the perfect tone for the evening. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 6:25 for our 6:30 reservation — after receiving multiple calls from the restaurant reminding us to be on time. Despite that, we waited until 7:00 before even asking to be served, while guests who arrived after us were already being attended to. We ordered drinks, but only my beer arrived after about 10 minutes. I had to ask three separate times for my girlfriend’s cocktail before it finally came. I went to Ubani Bistro for dinner after a friend recommended it, and I’m so happy I did! The place is newly opened and already one of my favorites in Manhattan. I ordered the Acharian Khachapuri, and it was absolutely the best — perfectly thin dough, crispy edges, and the most delicious cheese. I also had a fresh salad that was full of flavor and a Margarita that was amazing and tasty. Everything was perfect — food, drinks, and atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
