Umami Express LLC Sushi to Go

I ordered tuna, salmon, and scallop nigiri. So so good! I cant wait to order them again. So fresh and nice thick slices of fish. I eat a lot of sushi and their wasabi was the best I've had

I ate California rolls from here and fell in love with their food. You can watch them making it right before your eyes and see that it’s fresh and made especially for you. I tell people their sushi rolls are out of this world! I highly recommend to eat here!

Just ordered 3 sushi rolls Philadelphia, salon avocado, salmon roll. Not a fan tbh, especially the salmon roll tasted like store bought sushi. I wouldn’t order sushi again from here

Ordered a Dynamite roll and Eel avocado roll. Very fresh and tasty. Friendly atmosphere, clean and opened kitchen. Will definitely be back soon.

I hate to leave a bad review because the chef was kind enough to sub in more broccoli tempura at my request, but neither the Shrimp & Veg Tempura nor the Harry Mexican Rolls were good. Both Harry Mexican Rolls tasted *strongly* of soap / sanitizer so I had to throw them out. Even if they'd been safe to eat, the "topped with shredded crab stick" was the absolute thinnest layer- it looked to like crab stick had been unrolled so exactly one thin layer was layed on top - very unimpressive compared to the same roll at other local restaurants. The tempura batter was very thick and doughy, and the sweet potato had been sliced *extra* thin - it was the thickness of a greeting card. I compared. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant.
