Umi Sushi & Seafood Buffet

I had a great experience at UMI Buffet on Hillside. The staff was very attentive and the restaurant was clean and well kept. The food selection was impressive, especially for seafood and sushi lovers. The presentation was excellent and everything was stocked in abundance. The hot pot experience was nothing short of amazing, with all the ingredients you could possibly need to make a delicious soup. The sushi was fresh and the seafood boil was definitely a hit among everyone. The bubble tea was just okay. I had the taro flavor and expected black tapioca pearls, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, the buffet is fairly priced and well worth it. I would definitely go back with my family.

This is all you can eat buffet plus you can add on hotpot option with the buffet portion. I came here for lunch and the cost per person was about $21/22 which is super affordable!! We were seated right away. The staff were all attentive and helpful. The variety in food options was not as plentiful as another buffet I’ve been to but it’s sufficient enough. The sushi section had a lot of different kinds of unique rolls which piqued my interest and stands out from other buffet’s sushi section. There’s also plenty of parking spots in their free parking lot. Overall, I had a good experience!

It’s an average sea food buffet. The waiters service wasn’t that good . They will always be busy with something might be because it was short stuff . But other than that the food is delicious. You might not find some good items sometimes but the others will definitely be enough to fill you up.

I recently visited Umi Buffet on Hillside Ave. Overall, it was a very good experience. The place is spacious, and the variety of food is pretty good for the price. They have a solid selection of sushi, hot dishes, and desserts, so there’s something for everyone.

My wife and I went there Thursday night for dinner. I had been here many years ago, fresh new looks now. For the price you can get all hot food with hot pot and drinks, the deal is great. The hot food was good for me, I love eating fish, I was happy. For my wife, she said the food was so-so. The sushi bar was great. We all loved it. Recommend and will return.
