Thank you for hosting my workplace for Employee Appreciation Day! Lupe was wonderful and delivery driver was on time too! Pizzas arrived nice and hot.

Justine, we sincerely apologized for the cake and issued a full refund for that item immediately & a credit. We cannot refund an entire $60 order when the rest of the items were prepared properly and consumed. At the time, we had a new employee who failed to double-check the cake before it went out. That mistake was addressed internally, and we’ve reinforced our quality checks to prevent it from happening again. We take food safety seriously and regret that this occurred. I had a really disappointing experience with Uncle’s Pizza. I ordered four pizzas for a high school in Norwalk, and when I asked for plates and napkins to be included, I was told there would be an extra charge just to send basic items with the order. That alone was frustrating, but what really sealed it was the manager’s attitude—they were rude and dismissive instead of understanding the situation. Insisted on telling me I had to pay for it because they ran out yesterday because of the Super Bowl! When you’re ordering food for a school, you’d expect a little flexibility and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both. I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered red velvet cake and a calzone. I took 5 bites of this cake before I noticed it was filled with white and green mold all over! They only apologized and gave me a refund for the cake(not my entire order) with no sympathy of the possibility of me becoming sick because of this. Won't be ordering here ever again. No thanks.

They just have such good variety of different foods something for everyone and my kids love it and we love all the fruit and jello they made the Frankenstein jello is so cute
