Uncle’s Tapas Bar and Grill (Filipino Cuisine Dancing Karaoke Bar Catering & Event)

Great tasting filipino food, large portions and they have -silog meals. Came here early and were seated right away. Food is cooked and served as ordered so we enjoy it more. Spacious place and cool ambiance. We were a le to talk to Chef Eric & sir Ray who work there. They welcomed us like family and shared stories as if we were long time friends. Very friendly and welcoming. We will definitley come back here and bring other friends and family. There are more offerings in the menu we would like to try.

A nice, quiet place to eat; and everything they served us tasted was fresh and uniquely flavored (I don't typically eat Filipino food). The tuna, appetizers, vegetables and stew, were all great. The blackened tuna was a little difficult to eat, getting the meat off the bones, but it did taste great. There is Karaoke there. LOL@ overhearing an elderly Filipina woman ask about a singer "Is she singing in English or Tagalog??"

Had an amazing evening at Uncle Tapas Bar and Grill, Absolutely loved this place ! The live music was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly . Great food ,great service, and the overall vibe made for a perfect night out. Highly recomended !

I am going to try to be as objective as possible. And I'm gonna try to be as little as biased as well.But I am very particular on the food and places I eat. First off the service was amazing.The manager and his son are very good people. Son just needs to have a little bit more practice and he would be and will be an amazing server. The manager is such a nice guy. He came to the table. I think twice and he does honestly. Remind me of an uncle or tio that will be an amazing person to talk to. In this case, service would be a 100%. The atmosphere is nice and simple. It has a lot of room because I do karaoke and I believe dance on Friday nights. I came saturday early evening and it was calm for now , but i'm sure as the night goes it will get busier. The lighting is nice and simple and very T

Delicious food and drinks! Tried chicken barbecue, calamari, sisig, and ube horchata boba. Everything was sooo good, especially the ube horchata. Everyone there was very friendly and nice. Fun and lively atmosphere with karaoke. You all should come and see them at least once when in Vegas!
