Unique Catering and Event Center

If you want a very nice place to hold a special occassion, Unique Catering and Event Center is the perfect location. Space is large, modern, clean, and inviting. The staff is superb! I highly recommend!

My family and I rented this place 7/24/22 for a baby shower this was a lovely place with adequate space for our event. The owners however was not pleasant the wife was very rude, unprofessional, and not informative. The husband was pleasant and professional. The wife (owner) did not inform me and my family of fees until the contract was signed. The owner (wife) is very forgetful. Near the end of our event the owner had their family frying chicken in the kitchen area. While we were setting up for the event their supportive helper was smoking weed. The building is nice however one of the owners should take the backseat in customer service.

Let me start off by saying this is a new Owner and Newly renovated, This is such a lovely event center. We had the pleasure of having my mothers 60th Birthday brunch here. Everything was perfect. The owner was very helpful and making sure we had everything we needed for my mothers birthday to be a success

First of all the 1 star is for the owner, not the Venue. The reason I went to this Venue is because my 40th Class Reunion was held there Aug 31, 2019 under the management of Mr. Eli, very professional and informative and no under cover and over rated fees. I went to this Venue on 4-14-22 looking for Mr. Eli to rent for my daughter 40th birthday party and of course it was under new management. I decided to go ahead and pay my Deposit of $500.00 which is Non Refundable in the agreement after you pay. It took me until 8-1-22 to make my first payment because I was debating on not to rent this Venue. When I text the owner to let her know when I was coming to make a payments, I would have to leave my check payments of $500.00 or more in her Venue mailbox and then remind her to email my rec

The atmosphere was nice, space was big enough for the event, but it was so HOT! I never cooled off, running in from the temp outside, you expected cool air upon entering the building. Memphis summers are already hot please have the buildings cooled in advance.
