Great place!! My kids and I had a blast! Pizza, chicken tenders and cheese sticks were cooked perfectly and were delicious. Can't wait to get back 😀 I think they have deals on Tuesdays

Just had a blast at this arcade! So many different games to choose from, both old school and new. The go-karts were super fun and fast, loved racing my friends. Prices were reasonable for the amount of entertainment we got. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for something fun to do.

I have truly enjoyed non stop however? I would like to know how to get my money back from one of there play on cards used for the games and adventures that they were in charge of. If anyone else has ran into an issue please respond because this was the only resource I could use. Thank you

(they always have Groupon deals): Universal switched their game cards to new ones and gay people who had the old ones $20 credit and a free drink. Customer service means a lot. And I love how they take security serious! And I mean serious! Besides the metal detectors there's big muscular looking sheriffs walking around everywhere. And they got a whole lot of stuff to do from go-karts to a huge playground and awesome games and a nice cafe Etc. Claw machines are expensive but we did win twice.

$50 for 2 laps around in go karts for 2 kids??? WHAT!? Daily pass arcade, 1 circle in go karts, FOR 2 KIDS $150!!!??? NOT 10 KIDS, 2!! Lmao this place is going out of businesses ASAP. HOW DUMB ARE YOU GUYS? WOULDN'T IT BE BETTER TO HAVE THIS PLACE PACKED, AND CHARGE A QUARTER OF WHAT YOU'RE CHARGING??? All day pass everything included shouldn't be more then $25! Oh and they make you buy socks. Im here on a sunday feeling robbed! Only reason we still came in after hearing the prices.Because it's my son's birthday. BUT NEVER EVRR EVER AGAIN!!
