UNO Pizzeria & Grill

This place was an awesome experience from start to finish. The moment I came into the place I was already greeted by the manager, I chose a seating area and waited not too long for the waitress show up. Took me awhile to figure what I wanted but I chose a lunch deal special of a Cheeseburger and fries along with a personal deep dish pizza on the side and lemonade. The place is very roomy and has the aesthetic of a 3 to 4 star Pizzeria but this place has oh so much to offer. My food was brought to me and the waiter was very courteous. Time to eat, I though I'd be able to polish this food off, man was I wrong. The burger and fries itself was very filling enough. The fries were tender with the right amount of salt and pepper, the burger, medium well was done with excellence and it got me goo

My food was great. My server Mia was nothing less than amazing from The knowledge of the menu helping me strategize the best options based on what I like and the impeccable service she provided will always be remembered. Unfortunately I will never come back because the manager (the heavyset Caucasian man with the Italian accent) gave me weird vibes. He was excessively checking to see what we were drinking every 7 minutes offered my table to accommodate us with to go boxes and never came back with them. It was giving the same vibes when an employee is following you around a store in fear that you will steal something. Just overly weird. I see why this chain is rapidly declining.

It has been a while since we’ve been to Unos , since we moved out of state. Back in town and family and I had to visit one of our all time favorites and definitely did not disappoint! Superb, courteous and friendly service from our waiter Joseph. He went above and beyond to accommodate us! Food still tasty , good portions and satisfying! Thank you Unos for making our return perfect!😊

We were greeted well and sat down. While we were choosing a meal, we were greeted by Isabella. She was very kind and helpful. She made the experience a lot of fun from beginning to end. She checked in periodically to make sure that we were fine. The food was great. I had a cheese and tomato deep dish Chicago and my brother had the Chicago classic. AMAZING! Thank you to everyone but a big shout out goes to Isabella for making our experience wonderful.

This was my second time here and I enjoyed it so much. Everything from the food, service, and atmosphere was so nice. We enjoyed all of the dishes we got. The drinks were so bomb too! We came during happy hour but we were still eating when happy hour ended, but they were eager to let us keep happy hour prices. So grateful for that! Our server Albert and the manager who greeted and sat us were such sweethearts. They made our night with their impeccable service.
